The PowerPac Electric BBQ Grill PPQ2020 is easy to use. After the initial installation - and you don't have to uninstall the entire setup - all you have to do is add water, switch the appliance on, set the Thermostat Control Knob to MAX and in 10 minutes, you can start grilling. You can adjust the temperature for different types of food, keep food warm and also turn it off when enough food is already cooked. Just turn it on again when more food is needed to be cooked. This way food never gets cold. You can't do this with a charcoal grill. If you are watching your weight, electric grills are also known to melt off 40% more fat from meat!

It also takes a shorter time to start grilling. And cleaning up is also much easier.

How to use?
Operate the appliance in the upright position.
Fill the Body with water between 400 to 900 mL before you switch on the appliance, and ensure that the same volume remains at all times during use. DO NOT pour water onto the Heating Element.
Plug the power cable into the wall socket and switch it ON. Heating will commence immediately.
DO NOT, under any circumstances, use charcoal or any other solid or liquid fuel to operate the grill.

Set the Thermostat Control Knob to its 'Max' position.
After 5 to 10 minutes, place food on the Grill Rack. Adjust the Thermostat Control Knob as required throughout the heating process.
When finished, turn the Thermostat Control Knob to '0' (OFF), switch the wall socket off and unplug the power cable.
As parts of the appliance become very hot during operation, even after the Heating Element is switched off, they must NOT be touched until sufficiently cooled down. Pour out any remaining water from the Body.

How to clean?
Switch the appliance off and wait until the appliance has completely cooled before cleaning or performing any maintenance operation.
Wipe the exterior of the appliance using a soft, damp cloth/sponge. Remove stubborn spots with mild liquid detergent. DO NOT use abrasive scouring pads or powders.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids, especially the Control Box and Heating Element. Clean the Heating Element with a clean and dry cloth only.
Clean the Grill Rack, Upper Grill, Zinc Plate & Body, and Windshield with warm soapy water and dry afterwards. DO NOT use abrasive scouring pads or powders.
