Local Delivery / International Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer free delivery island-wide for orders more than S$60.
All orders that are under S$60 are subject to delivery charges based on the items size and weight. The shipping cost will be reflected on the check out page before payment. Additional charges may apply for Sentosa, CBD area, and Tuas Area.
Express Next Day Delivery (within 1 working day):
NOTE: Only valid for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays). This service is not available for BBQ Grills order.
Local Delivery (excluding BBQ Grills, unless stated):
Here at GreenLeif, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days. If your order has item that is out of stocks, we will notify you via email as soon as possible so the necessary arrangements can be made.
For venues without lift landing, an additional charge of $10 per flight of stairs would apply. This applies to heavy and bulky items such as BBQ Grills, Copier Papers, Gardening Supplies (not limited to) such as Plant Racks, Soil, Sand & Stones etc. *Failure to inform upon order confirmation may result in order cancellation.
All orders (excluding BBQ Grills, or unless stated) will be sent by a 3rd party courier. Tracking numbers will be provided for all deliveries. In the unlikely event if you did not receive your order after 5 business days, please email us at email@example.com or call us at +65 88665155.

BBQ Grills Delivery:
Customers who have placed order for BBQ Grills will be contacted by us to arrange a delivery date that best suits you! All BBQ Grills deliveries will be sent by our own fleet and deliveries are scheduled between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday & 9.00am – 12.00pm on Saturday.
On the day of your BBQ Grill arrival, it is important you make sure someone is present to inspect and sign for the goods. If our courier is unable to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery then your order will not be left. You will incur an additional delivery charge if you fail to be present on your pre-arranged delivery schedule. If you wish for us to leave your delivery unsigned for, a written permission is required.
We suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist in accepting the delivery. Our couriers are not insured to take BBQ Grill or other items into your property and the placement of your product is at the discretion of the driver.
If you require us to bring the grills to higher floor, there will be charges at $10 per flight of stairs.
Declaration of Damages/ Missing/ Incorrect Items:
Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare any damages. Any damages reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund.
We advise that you check the goods while the driver is present. If the goods is found to be damaged or missing or incorrect items, please contact our office immediately not more than 48 hours.

Please note: we will require photographic evidence of all damaged item claims.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you are required to sign a Goods Return form. Please do not send your goods back to the manufacturer. Returns due to Change of mind can only be done once per order.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we may contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund process. Please note that the refund will only be made for the charges may incurred sending your goods out are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the refund amount will automatically be credited back to your credit card or through the original mode of payment, within 3 working days.
Refunds For Late or Missing Items (if applicable):
If you haven’t received the refund within 7 working days from the date of goods return, please contact your credit card company/ bank. It may take some time before the refunded amount to reflect.

Discounted or Promotional Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange of Goods (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please inform us within 2 days from the delivery date. Exchange can only be done for the same item. If the item is out of stocks, the amount paid for that item will be refunded back to you. Alternatively, you can change it to other items with the same or lower value. NOTE: Photographic evidence of defects or damages will be required prior to replacement.
Delivery Cost for Returns (Change of mind):
You will be charged for the delivery if you wish to return goods due to change of mind. The charges depend on your location and the items, amount will be deducted from your refund credits. Return must be arranged within 7 working days from the delivery date. Returns due to change of mind can only be done once per order.
