WHEN DOES COVERAGE BEGIN?
6 months of coverage on your Einhell product starts on the original date of purchase. Only the original purchaser is covered under this warranty. Please make sure you retain a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt). Register your warranty to enjoy additional 6 months of coverage.
*Note: A dated sales receipt will be required for warranty service.
WHAT WE COVER?
GreenLeif provide up to 1 year warranty for any manufacture fault issue base on the date from the issued receipt. The wear and tear issue does not include in the warranty.
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY
If you wish to make a claim on a Einhell product, please bring the product (or picture of defect or damage) along with a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt) to us as soon as possible (within the valid warranty date).
We will then assess whether the product is defective. Defects and damages arising from wrongly use of the product will not be covered by GreenLeif 's warranty program. However, any product defects or damages, which are covered by GreenLeif's warranty, will be rectified or product replaced.
Tip: Use your mobile device to take a picture of your receipt just in case you misplace the physical copy.
WHAT WILL VOID WARRANTY?
Any damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse hostile environments and improper installation. Damage to the device or parts of the device caused by normal wear or tear or by normal use of the device.
