1. Online Warranty Registration
When purchasing from our online store, you automatically enjoy a 6 months standard warranty. Simply register your product warranty and keep your invoice as a proof of purchase.

2. Payment Methods
You may use Singapore issued AMEX, VISA and Master Card debit/credit cards for payment at the check out page. We take payment safety very seriously and your credit card details will be handled with the highest security. Google pay, Apple pay and Paypal payment is also accepted. Cash on delivery option is only available for BBQ Grills order only.
3. Delivery Information
We have set up a delivery service specially for our online customers, so that your items are delivered within a schedule which best fits your requirements. If your purchase is over S$60, you will enjoy a free home delivery service.
The standard delivery will take up to 5 working days (Monday-Friday).
4. Where can I see the order status?
As soon as you have finalized your purchase in the check out page, you will receive an automated E-Mail notification with your complete purchase information. A second E-Mail will follow which will inform you about the order status. If the status of your item is confirmed, we will contact you shortly by phone for delivery arrangements.
5. How do I know which products are on sale?
You may visit our latest products & promotion page. We will also notify our customers and subscribers via EDM Newsletter and Facebook page.

6. What if the items I ordered is out of stocks?
All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.
