Declaration of Damages/ Missing/ Incorrect Items:
Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare any damages. Any damages reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund.
We advise that you check the goods while the driver is present. If the goods is found to be damaged or missing or incorrect items, please contact our office immediately not more than 48 hours.

Please note: we will require photographic evidence of all damaged item claims.
Returns Policy:
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase (applicable for both Online and Store Purchase). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (especially for change-of-mind reasons).
To be eligible for a return, your Items must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging intact. The following items are (not limited to) non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Opened or Used Items
- Items Without Original Packaging
- Final Sale or Clearance Items
Items must be returned to the same store or outlet where they were originally purchased. If returned to a different outlet, no refund will be processed. This ensures accurate tracking and minimizes delays. If you still choose to send to another store, only exchanges will be processed, not refunds.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we may contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund process. Please note that the refund will only be made for the approved return item at the price during purchase. Delivery charges may incurred sending your goods and delivery fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the refund amount will automatically be credited back to your credit card or through the original mode of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned product and approve the refund request. This allows for payment gateway processing and internal verifications.
All approved returns and refunds are subject to a service charge, which covers payment processing and administrative charges (Please note that credit card payments may incur a 3% service fee to cover processing charges.)
For a faster and smoother experience, we recommend choosing an exchange whenever possible instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed faster and help you receive the right product without delay.
Refunds For Late or Missing Items (if applicable):
If you haven’t received the refund within 30 business days from the date of goods return, please contact your credit card company/ bank. It may take some time before the refunded amount to reflect.

Discounted or Promotional Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange of Goods (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please inform us within 2 days from the delivery date. Exchange can only be done for the same item. If the item is out of stocks, the amount paid for that item will be refunded back to you. Alternatively, you can change it to other items with the same or lower value. NOTE: Photographic evidence of defects or damages will be required prior to replacement.
Delivery Cost for Returns (Change of mind):
You will be charged for the delivery if you wish to return goods due to change of mind. The charges depend on your location and the items, amount will be deducted from your refund credits. Return must be arranged within 7 working days from the delivery date. Returns due to change of mind can only be done once per order. All repair items must be sent to our Bukit Batok store. If products are sent to any other outlet for repair, we reserve the right to charge a transportation fee for transferring items back to the Bukit Batok service center.
